At Rose Real Estate, Inc relationships are important to us. We understand the value of communication and protecting the friendships that you have created with your clients over the years. That is why we developed our agent referral program to let you as a real estate agent focus on sales and rest assured that your clients have the care and support they need with a property manager.

We specialize exclusively in property management and we have designed our Agent Referral program to give the same level of care and attention that you would give to your clients. We focus on having a full service property management solution that takes care of the property start to finish. This means that when you start working with your client again, the home will be as good or better than when you left it.

Our pledge is to maintain the property and provide the best possible support to your client and smoothly transition them back to you once they are ready to sell. As property management specialists we only focus on property management and will never take your client away from you.

We are your resource in property management and offer referrals to licensed real estate professionals!

How it Works:

For New Owners: Refer an new owner and receive two months Management Fees! Of course this is contingent upon our signing the owner to a Management Agreement and securing a Tenant for the Property.

For New Tenants: For Multiple Listing Service (MLS) members and non-MLS Realtors, we offer 30% of 1-months rent for your showing and bringing to us a new tenant that we accept and actually place into a property. They must fill out our application package completely. Call for details. Payment will be after the tenant takes possession of the home.

Our Guarantee:

By providing us your referrals, you earn the right to compensation as indicated above upon our successful retention of the tenant or owner. When that tenant leases a property of ours or that owner's property leases, we will pay you for the referral.

The Fine Print:

  1. Your referral must be a tenant or owner referral that we have not already approached!
  2. All referral payments will be made to the supervising Broker for distribution.
  3. All agents must complete the referral submission form (and provide a signed copy of your Brokers W-9 for funds distribution. Checks will only be made payable to your Broker per Indiana Real Estate Commission rules.
